摘要
在日粮中添加不同比例的海藻粉,研究其对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响。选取576只30周龄健康蛋鸡,随机分成4组,每组设3个重复,每个重复48只鸡,第Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;第Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组在与基础日粮营养水平基本一致的基础上分别添加1%、3%、5%的海藻粉。结果表明,随着添加比例的增加,产蛋率、产蛋量均有不同程度的提高,料蛋比下降;同时能显著改善蛋黄颜色,提高蛋黄中蛋白质、脂肪、磷脂和碘的含量,降低胆固醇在蛋黄中的蓄积。
Five hundred and seventy six 30-week layers were used to investigate the effects of algae on production performance and egg quality.Layers were randomly divided into 4 groups,each group was assigned 3 replications and 48 layers per replication.The control group Ⅰ were fed with the basal diets, Ⅱ, Ⅲ ,and Ⅳ group were fed with the basal diets containing 1%,3 % and 5 % algae.The results showed that quantity of eggs was inceased and feedstuff consumption reduced,but egg yolk color and the contents of protein,fat,phosphor lipid and iodine was increased and the content of cholesterol in eggs was decreased.
