海底油气外输管线的断裂和疲劳评定 被引量:6

摘要 以旅顺—大连间海底油气外输管线为例,依据英国标准BS7910对管线铺设过程的断裂及疲劳性能进行了ECA评估,得到了不同水深、不同缺陷形式和位置及不同错边量条件下管道焊接接头部位缺陷的断裂临界尺寸和使用寿命,为海底管线铺设工程中的焊接缺陷的验收和拒收提供了依据。 By taking the offshore gas and oil pipeline running between Ltishun and Dalian as an example, a critical engineering assessment was made to study the fracture and fatigue properties of pipeline during its installation based on British standard BS7910. The fracture critical dimensions and fatigue llfe of flaw in welded joints were determined under the conditions of different depths of water, various flaw types, different locations and misaliguments. The study lays a foundation for judging the acceptability of flaws.
