摘要
国际化是企业迎接经济全球化挑战的重要战略选择,其全球化反应能力是影响企业国际化战略致胜的一个关键。在分析企业全球化外部经济环境的基础上,对全球化反应能力的内涵及重要性作了阐述,并提出了中国企业国际化战略实施过程中如何提升全球化反应能力的一些对策建议。
Facing the challenge of economic globalization, internationalization Is an important strategic choice for firms,whose global response capabilities is regarded a vital problem for its internationalization strategy implementation. By analyzing firms outside global economic environment, the connotation and significance of global response capabilities have been expounded. The paper also put forward some suggestions for Chinese firms to foster global reactive capabilities in the process of implementing internationallzation strategy.
