提出知识生态观点,将组织视为一个知识生态系统。并应用生态理论的DICE模式,构建了知识管理的DICE架构,将组织内的知识管理问题定义为知识分布、知识互动、知识竞争、知识演化四种不同的生态关系,提供了一个整合知识管理相关研究,更为完整的知识管理研究架构。

This article proposes the view of knowledge ecology, regards the organization as a system of knowledge ecology,and based on the DICE mode of ecological theory, builds up the DICE framework of knowledge management which defines the problem of the organization＇ s knowledge management as four kinds of different ecological relation that is knowledge distribution, knowledge interaction, knowledge competition and knowledge evaluation. Therefore, the article offers the more intact framework of knowledge management which integrates the relevant research of knowledge management.
