摘要 知识工作生产率问题被视为二十一世纪最大的管理挑战。显然,对知识工作本身规律和特征的把握是解决这一问题的前提和基础。在已有的理论研究和实践论证的基础上,提出非程序性和非规范性特征是知识工作的本质属性,并从知识工作的非程序化和非规范化分析入手,探讨了信息技术作为知识工作程序化、规范化的工具对知识工作生产率的作用,为目前零散的知识工作理论研究提供了思路,为知识工作生产率研究提供一个全新的研究视角。 Knowledge work productivity was regarded as the biggest challenge in the 21st century. Obviously, Grasping at the rules and characteristics of knowledge work is the prerequisite and basis for solving this problem. Based on the existing theoretical study and practical verification, this paper puts forward that non - procedure and non - standard characteristic is the essential attribute of knowledge work. Starred with the basic analysis of knowledge work' s non - procedure and non- standard characteristic,this paper also discussde the effect of information technology, which is regrarded as the tools of procedure and standardization,on the knowledge work productivity. This study provides a new perspective of procedure arid standard for raising the knowledge work productivity.
