摘要
人力资源外包使企业更加集中于自己的战略发展和获取潜在的竞争优势,忽视人力资源外包企业面临的诸多风险、缺乏对其进行科学的评估和管理为企业的发展埋下了隐患,对人力资源外包风险的评估管理是当前企业面临的紧迫课题。综合了人力资源外包中的风险事件,然后通过外包失败原因分析出风险事件发生的概率。最后通过具体案例分析得到某企业的风险事件损失,采用Borda序值方法对人力资源外包风险进行排序评价,总结了Borda序值方法用于排序的优点,并提出了相应的管理措施,使人力资源外包风险管理更加客观有针对性。
Human Resource(HR) Outsourcing enables the enterprises to concentrate on their own strategy and obtain potential competition strength. Neglecting existing risk of HR which enterprises encountered, lacking of scientific evaluation and management of outsoureing ventures would make the enterprises in dangerous situation. This is urgent problem that the enterprises have to face presently. Firstly, the authors review the risky events in HR outsourcing. Then, the probability of risky events is analyzed. Next, risky events loss is figured out through analyzing a specific ease which adopted Borda method. Finally the authors conclude the advantages of the Borda method and put forward corresponding measures to make FIR outsoureing risk management more objectively.
