摘要
目的分离何首乌水提液的不同药效部位,评价其对造血功能的影响。方法用陶瓷微滤膜分离何首乌水煎液药效部位,取膜分离所得上清液作受试液A,何首乌水煎液(受试液B)作阳性对照;采用环磷酰胺诱发造血功能障碍动物模型,将动物分为6组,即空白对照组、模型对照组、受试液A高(250 mg/kg)、中(125 mg/kg)、低(65 mg/kg)剂量组和受试液B(125 mg/kg)组,从外周血象变化、红系祖细胞(BFU-E)和粒单细胞集落形成细胞(CFU-GM)角度评价其对造血功能的影响。结果何首乌水煎液和膜分离所得上清液对造血障碍动物外周血象、红系祖细胞(BFU-E)均有不同程度的改善。结论何首乌膜分离所得上清液有改善动物造血功能障碍的作用,其改善造血功能的作用优于水煎液。
Objective To separate different effective portion from water- extract of Radix Polygoni Multiflori and study its effect on hematopoiesis. Methods Use ceramic membrane to separate effective portion from water - extract of Radix Polygoni Multiflori. Use above clear liquid obtained by ceramic membrane- separated as A and water- extract of Radix Polygonl Multiflori(B) as a control group. Adopt animal model of anhematopoiesis induced by cyclophosphamide. Divide animals into 6 groups, namely blank control group, model group, A group (250,125,65 mg/kg) and B group( 125 mg/kg). Appraise their effects on hematopoietie function from variance of peripheral blood ,BFU - E and CFU - GM. Results Both water - extract of Radix Polygoni Multiflori and above clear liquid obtained by ceramic membrane - separating improved peripheral blood, BFU - E , and CFU - GM. Conclusion Above clear liquid of ceramic membrane - separated Radix polygoni Multiflori has the function of improving hematopoiescs, which is better than that of water - extract of Radix Polygoni Multiflori.
