摘要
目的探讨痂囊腔菌素A体外抑菌作用。方法采用纸片扩散法实验测定痂囊腔菌素A的抑菌活性,二倍稀释法测定痂囊腔菌素A抑菌浓度。结果痂囊腔菌素A具有光敏抑菌活性,浓度及光照量会影响痂囊腔菌素A抑菌活性。结论痂囊腔菌素A能抑制革兰氏阳性细菌的生长。
Objective To study the bacteriostasis of Elsinochrome A in vitro. Methods To determine the inhibition activity of Elsinochrome A with the paper diffusion experiment. To determine the inhibitory concentration of Elsinochrome A by the double dilution method. Results Elsinochrome A had photosensitive bacteriostasis activity. Concentration and exposure quantity could influence the bacteriostasis activity of Elsinochrome A. Conclusion Elsinochrome A had bacteriostasis effects on Gram-positive bacterial growth.
