摘要
目的对清清颗粒中干姜和木香中挥发油混合物包合工艺进行研究。方法运用正交实验法对四种影响因素的影响作用进行检验。结果正交实验中以收率和包合率作为指标,A因素的影响具显著性意义,B,C,D因素的影响无显著性意义。结论清清颗粒中挥发油的包合,最优工艺条件为A2B1C2D2,即投入挥发油1 m l时,β-CD为6 g,在40℃下搅拌1.5 h,搅拌速度500 r.m in-1。
Objective To study the inclusion process for essential oil of Rhizoma Zingiberis and Radix Aucklandiae in Qingging Granules. Methods The orthogonal test was employed to test effects of four factors. Results In orthogonal test of oil-β-CD inclusion experiment, factor A had significant effects on the recovery of inclusion complex and utilization ratio of oil, however, factors B,C,D had no such significant effects . Conclusion The optimum inclusion technology was A,.B, C=D2, 6 g 13-Cyclodextrin is mixed with 1 ml volatile oil. It is kept mixing round under 40℃ for 1.5hour with stir speed of 500r ·min^-1.
