摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定乳块消合剂中丹参素的含量。方法采用离心-微孔滤膜过滤的方法制备供试品溶液,色谱柱为Diamonsil—ODS C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,10μm);流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水-冰醋酸(0.5:8:92:1),检测波长为280nm,进行测定。结果方法的平均加样回收率为99.87%,RSD为1.73%;丹参素在0.1067~1.067μg范围内线性良好(r=0,9998)。结论该方法可靠,结果准确,可作为乳块消合剂的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of Danshensu in Rukuaixiao Mixture by HPLC. Methods The determination was carried out with Diamonsil-ODS Cn column; the mobile phase consisted of cetonitrile-methanol-waterglacial acetic acid(0.5: 8: 92: 1 ) ,and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The average recovery of standard addition was 99.87% ,RSD = 1.73% ;there was a good linear relationship between the absorption area value and the concentration in the range of 0. 1067 ~1. 067μg for Danshensu( r = 0. 999 8). Conclusion The method is reliable and accurate and it can be used to control the quality of Rukuaixiao Mixture.
