高效液相色谱法测定乳块消合剂中丹参素的含量

Quantitative Determination of Danshensu in Rukuaixiao Mixture by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定乳块消合剂中丹参素的含量。方法采用离心-微孔滤膜过滤的方法制备供试品溶液，色谱柱为Diamonsil—ODS C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，10μm）；流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水-冰醋酸（0．5：8：92：1），检测波长为280nm，进行测定。结果方法的平均加样回收率为99．87％，RSD为1．73％；丹参素在0．1067～1．067μg范围内线性良好（r=0，9998）。结论该方法可靠，结果准确，可作为乳块消合剂的含量测定方法。

Objective To establish a method for determining the content of Danshensu in Rukuaixiao Mixture by HPLC. Methods The determination was carried out with Diamonsil-ODS Cn column; the mobile phase consisted of cetonitrile-methanol-waterglacial acetic acid（0.5： 8： 92： 1 ） ,and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The average recovery of standard addition was 99.87% ,RSD = 1.73% ;there was a good linear relationship between the absorption area value and the concentration in the range of 0. 1067 ～1. 067μg for Danshensu（ r = 0. 999 8）. Conclusion The method is reliable and accurate and it can be used to control the quality of Rukuaixiao Mixture.
