颈椎灵口服液对血淤证大鼠血液流变学影响的实验研究

Hemorheology Effect of Jingzhuiling Oral Liquid on Rats of Blood-stasis Model

目的通过建立血淤证模型,观察颈椎灵口服液对急性血淤证大鼠血液流变学的影响,以探索颈椎灵口服液治疗颈椎病的作用及其机理。方法采用肾上腺素加冰水刺激的方法制作急性血淤证大鼠模型。以复方丹参片给药作阳性对照,测定颈椎灵口服液给药后的各项血液流变学指标。结果颈椎灵2.7,5.4,10.8 g.kg-1组和复方丹参片1.46 g.kg-1组大鼠全血低切还原黏度、全血高、低切相对指数、红细胞变形指数TK、血沉方程K值与模型组比较有不同程度的降低,其中以颈椎灵10.8 g.kg-1组作用最佳(P<0.05或P<0.01);红细胞压积、血沉与模型组比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论颈椎灵能明显改善血淤证模型大鼠血液高黏滞状态,具有活血化淤、通经活络功效。这可能是颈椎灵口服液治疗颈椎病作用的机理之一。

Objective To observe the hemorheology effect of Jingzhuiling Oral Liquid on rats of acute bloodstasis model and study the effective mechanism of Jingzhuiling oral liquid treating cervical spondylopathy by blood -stasis model. Methods The acute blood - stasis model rats were made by injecting adrenaline repeatedly and ice water stimulation. Using Fufang Danshen tablets as positive group, various kinds of marks of hemorheology were measured after taking Jingzhuiling Oral Liquid. Results Compared with the model group, whole blood high shearing reduction viscosity, whole blood high shearing exponent, whole blood low shearing exponent, erythrocyte degeneration exponent, sedimentation equation K value in Jingzhuiling 2.7,5.4,10.8 g ·kg^-1 groups and Fufang Danshen Tablets 1. 46g·kg^-1 group decreased obviously （ P 〈 0.05orP 〈 0.01 ）. Jingzhuiling 10.8 g·kg^-1 group showed the best results among these groups. Packed cell volume, erythrocyte sedimentation rate did not change obviously（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Jingzhuiling Oral Liquid can obviously improve the blood - high - viscosity in rats of blood - stasis model, promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis, dredge and activate the meridian. This maybe one of the mechanisms of Jingzhuiling treating cervical spondylopathy.
