摘要
目的建立蛇足石杉总生物碱含量的测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以石杉碱甲为对照,在246 nm波长下建立标准曲线进行蛇足石杉中生物碱含量测定。结果实验表明吸光度和含量间具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 49),且精密度良好(RSD=1.14%);样品在1 h内测定稳定(RSD=0.947%)。结论紫外分光光度法是一种简便、快速测定蛇足石杉中生物碱含量的方法,该测定方法可作为蛇足石杉的质量控制。
Objective To study the determination method for total alkaloids in Huperzi serrata. Methods By speetrophotometry with ultraviolet photometer, the determination was conducted based on the criterion curve that was obtained under 246nm ultraviolet radiation, and the Huperzine A was selected as control. Results The linear relationship between absorban and content was good (r =0.999 49), and the exactitude was good too, RSD = 1, 14%. The sample was stable during 1 h determination time(RSD = 0. 947% ). Conclusion Spectrophotometry is simple and quick method to determine the content of the total alkaloids in Huperzi serrata, and it can be used to control the quality of Huperziserrata.
