C-反应蛋白在佐剂性关节炎模型大鼠血浆中的实验研究

摘要 目的研究C-反应蛋白(CRP)在成功建立佐剂关节炎大鼠模型的预测作用。方法40只W istar雄性大鼠随机取30只予完全福氏佐剂0.1 m l左后足跖皮下注射,余下10只为正常对照组(A组),于注射后15 d检测CRP,比较造模成功组(B组,23只),造模不成功组(C组,7只)及A组之间CRP水平。结果B组CRP水平明显升高,两两比较B组与A、C组之间P〈0.01,A组与C组比较P〉0.05。结论血浆CRP对佐剂性关节炎大鼠造模成功与否可能有预测价值。 Objective To study the value of c -reactive protein (CRP) in the prediction for the successful model of adjuvant arthritis in rats. Methods There were 40 Wistar male rats. 10 rats were randomly taken as control group ( A group), left metavoix pedis of 30 rats were injected with 0.1 ml Freud's Complete Adjuvant. After 15 days plasma CRP was detected. 23 rats who had been successfully modeled were assigned into B group, the rest of 30 rats were assigned into C group. The levels of CRP among A, B, C groups were estimated. Results The level of CRP increased in B group, compared with A and C groups. There was significant difference ( P 〈 0. 01 ). A group compared with C group, there was significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Plasma CRP probably has predictive value in the successful model of adjuvant arthritis in rats.
