紫胡止咳液治疗咳嗽的药效学研究

Pharmacodynamic Study on Anticough Effect of Zihu Zhike Oral Liquid

目的评价紫胡止咳液的止咳作用。方法通过豚鼠枸缘酸引咳、小鼠氨水引咳、肺酚红排泄等试验,并将紫胡止咳液与止咳枇杷冲剂进行对比,验证紫胡止咳液的止咳作用。结果紫胡止咳液使豚鼠的咳嗽潜伏期延长,咳嗽次数减少;对氨水致小鼠咳嗽的潜伏期和咳嗽次数的影响非常明显,能明显增大小鼠肺酚红排泄量。结论紫胡止咳液能抑制枸椽酸引起的豚鼠咳嗽反应,增加小鼠肺酚红排泄量,抑制氨水引起小鼠咳嗽的发生,提示紫胡止咳液有镇咳的功效。

Objective To evaluate the anti - cough effect of Zihu Zhike oral liquid. Methods To observe the liquid＇s effect of anti -cough by the methods of guinea pig cough caused by the ciric acid spraying, mouse cough caused by ammonia spraying and phenol redexpectoration test. Results Zihu Zhike oral liquid could prolong the incubation period of guinea pig cough, cut down the times, make mice have more phenol drained from the lung. Zihu Zhike oral liquid had significant influence on the latent period and times of cough in mice caused by ammonia water. Conclusion Zihu Zhike oral liquid can inhibit cough of guinea pig induced by citric acid, increase the excretion of phenol red in the lung of mice, inhibit mouse cough induced by ammonia water, which indicates Zihu Zhike oral liquid possesses a good action to stop cough.
