蒙药巴特尔-7的体外抑菌作用的初步研究

Primary Study on the Bacteriostasis Effect of Mongolian Herb Bater-7

目的通过蒙药巴特尔-7的体外抑菌作用,进一步弄清它的药理作用。方法采用K-B纸片扩散法。用蒙药巴特尔-7的溶液浸泡的滤纸片对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、炭疽杆菌、变形杆菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌的抑菌作用进行了初步研究。结果蒙药巴特尔-7对上述金黄色葡萄球菌等7种细菌均有明显的抑菌作用。结论蒙药巴特尔-7有明显的体外抑菌作用,抗病毒作用有待进一步研究。

Objective To clarify the of pharmacological function of Mongolian herb Bater - 7 according to the in vitro bacteriostasis experiment. Methods Adopt K - B paper diffusion method, observe the size＇of bacteriostasis circles to S. aureas, S. epidermidis, P. aeruginosa, B. anthracis ,Proteus, a - hemolytic streptococcus, and b - hemolytic streptococcus. Results Mongolian herb Bater - 7 has distinct bacteriostasis function to the bacteria mentioned above. Conclusion Mongolian herb Bater- 7 has bacteriostasis function to the bacteria such as S. aureas.
