摘要 目的优选黄芪中黄芪甲苷的水提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验,以黄芪甲苷含量和出膏率为指标,考察提取次数、提取时间和加溶媒量对提取效果的影响。结果提取时间每次1 h,提取3次,每次加水10倍,为最佳工艺。结论该工艺合理,稳定可行,可为黄芪甲苷提取工艺的确定提供实验依据。 Objective To optimize the extraction technology for satragalin from astmyalus dissolved in water, Methods The process was studied by orthogonal design L9 (3^4 ) with the extraction rate of astragalin as criteria, and three factors were chosen, in cluding the decoct time, the decoct times and the water amount. Results The optimum process was as follows : the crude drug wa- sas extracted three times, 1 h every time and 10 times water was added. Conclusion This technology is reasonable and practicable,which can be used as experimental basis for extraction techonlogy for stragalin.
