正交设计法优选鬼针草中总黄酮的提取工艺研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的对从鬼针草中提取鬼针草总黄酮的工艺进行优化。方法采用L9(34)正交设计,以鬼针草总黄酮含量为考察指标,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、乙醇用量、提取次数4个因素对提取的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为12倍量80%乙醇提取2次,1 h/次。结论该工艺经实验重现性好,对进一步的工艺开发有较好的参考价值。 Objective To optimize the extraction technology of total flavones of Bidens bipinnata L. Methods The extraction technology optimized by orthogonal design L9 ( 3^4 ) , while total flavones were adopted as indexes. Factors of ethanol concentration, reflux duration, ethanol quantity and extraction times were evaluated for their effects on extraction process. Results The best extraction technology was that 12 - fold and 80% ethanol, 1 hour of reflux, and 2 times of extraction. Conclusion This technology is stable, practical and worthy of a trial in pharmaceutical production.
