摘要
目的优化翻白草多糖的提取工艺。方法采用正交实验方法,以粗多糖得率和总糖含量为评价指标,对翻白草中多糖提取工艺进行筛选。结果综合考虑,最佳提取工艺为煎煮2次,温度70℃,加水12倍量,煎煮时间1 h。结论优选得到的工艺经济、简单、稳定、可行。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides from Potentilla discolor Bunge. Methods The method for extraction of polysaccharides from Poterailla discolor Bunge was optimized with orthogonal experimental design. Results The results showed that crude polysaeeharides were obtained by the following extaction with water （12ml/g） for 1 h, two times at 70℃. Conclusion This optimized process is economical, simple, stable and efficient.
