银杏叶聚戊烯醇类化合物的制备与分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的利用制备型反相高效液相色谱(RP—HPLC)法从银杏叶中分离制备聚戊烯醇同系物单体。方法采用石油醚对银杏叶索氏提取,经硅胶柱层析初步分离纯化,由制备型RP—HPLC进行分离得到10个单体。结果经UV、IR、MS、^1HNMR和^13CNMR鉴定,证明所得聚戊烯醇乙酸酯中异戊烯基单元数为11~20,排列为(w)·(trans)2-(cis)n-(α)。结论RP-HPLC可用于银杏叶聚戊烯醇单体的制备。 Objective To isolate individual polyprenols by preparing RP-HPLC from a mixture of polyprenols in Ginkgo biloba leaves. Methods Ginkgo biloba leaves were extracted by petroleum ether according to Soxblet - extraction method. After purified by silica gel column, ten polyprenol monomers were obtained by preparative RP-HPLC. Results Identified by UV, IR, MS, ^1H NMR and ^13 C NMR, it was testified that the amount of isoprene units was 11 ~20 and the structures of polyprenyl acetates were (to)-(trans)2-(cis) o-( α). Conclusion RP-HPLC can be used for preparing individual polyprenols.
