三峡隔山牛皮消中C_(21)甾体酯苷的分离提取研究

Microwave Extraction of C21 Steroidal-Glycosides from Cynanchum auriculatum

目的最大量的提取三峡隔山牛皮消的活性成分。方法采用微波萃取技术对隔山牛皮消的活性成分C21甾体酯苷进行提取,通过4因素3水平的正交试验,用分光光度法测定三峡隔山牛皮消中的C21甾体酯苷含量。结果最后确定最佳微波萃取的工艺条件是:62℃时,用25倍量的含乙酸和水各1.5%的甲醇溶液微波辐射萃取6次,每次辐射萃取50s。结论辐射萃取法的得率比普通乙醇(95%)提取法提高了4 mg.g-1。

Objective To extract C21 Steroidal -Glycosides from the Herborize roots of Cynanchum auriculatum from the area of Three Gorges as much as possible. Methods Extract C21 Steroidal - Glycosides from Cynalwhum auriculatum with microwave extraction technology and optimize the conditions of extraction by the L9 （ 34 ） orthogonal design. The content of C21 Stroidal - Glycosides was measured by spoctrophotometry. Results The best technological conditions were the extracion temperature at 62℃, extraction time was 50 s and 6 times,the menstruum was composed of 97 % carbinol, 1.5 % acetic acid and 1.5 % water, the volume of the menstruum was 25 times of the material. Conehmion Microwave extraction is more effective than extraction by 95% alcohol, and the yield discrepancy is 4 mg ·g^-1.
