8种沙参生药学研究

Pharmacognostical Study on Eight Kinds of Adenophora tetraphylla

目的对大兴安岭地区图强林业局境内的8种沙参进行药材性状、显微和化学鉴别研究,为扩大新品种和开发沙参新药源提供依据。方法性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别及聚类分析法比较。结果对其生药性状、显微特征和薄层色谱实验进行观察描述,在显微特征方面建立了检索表。结论此研究结果可为鉴别8种沙参药材提供科学依据,并为沙参药材开发与利用提供理论基础。

Objective Morphological, microscopic characteristics and chemical identification of eight kinds of Adenophora tetraphylla were studied. It would provide evidences for enlarging new species and developing new medicinal herb resources. Methods Pharmacognostical studies were carried out through morphological, microscopic characteristics, TLC and clustering analysis. Results Observed the characteristics of dried medicinal herbs and deserved by microscopic characteristics and TLC. Then it established identification key in microscopic characteristics. Conclusion The research offers the base for identifying eight sorts of Adenophora tetraphylla, exploiting and application.
