摘要 分析工程车辆荷重动态检测系统的功能原理、力学设计要求,设计新系统传感器结构方案。根据新系统传感器的结构特点,介绍应用有限元法进行力学模型简化的方法,结合工程实际,进行有限元分析及优化设计,提高传感器强度、刚度及动态检测的精度。 A sensor of weigh in motion (WIM) system for vehicles was proposed. Based on the analysis of the communication condition, weigh-in-shaftfor vehicles, and functional principle, a 3D Finite element for the WIM system was analyzed. As well as, the sensors' sensitivity and flexible in the research projects were identified.
