摘要 在已建立的紫花苜蓿Medicogo sativa体细胞胚高频再生体系的基础上,研究了OD600、侵染时间、负压处理、预培养及共培养时间、脱菌及选择方法等因子对转化效率的影响,并初步获得了抗性体胚。 Several factors (bacterial concentrations, infected time, negative pressure treatment time, pre-culture and co-culture time, acterium free and screening methods etc. ) affecting genetic transfor mation of alfalfa (Medicago sativa), which is mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens with AtNHX1 gene, were studied on the basis of high-frequency regeneration system of alfalfa somatic embryos. Transformation system for alfalfa was successfully set up and the transgenic somatic embryos were also obtained.
