摘要
采用3种限制性内切核酸酶对153头杜洛克猪、内江猪和荣昌猪的钙蛋白酶抑制蛋白(CAST)基因进行PCR-RFLP分析。结果表明:1)HinfⅠ、MspⅠ和RsaⅠ均检测到多态性,同时还发现1个杜洛克个体的HinfⅠ-RFLP出现120bp突变片段。2)X2检验表明,HinfⅠ、MspⅠ和RsaⅠ酶切所产生的基因及基因类型处于Hardy-Wenberg平衡状态(P<0.05);杜洛克、内江猪和荣昌3个品种猪的优势基因型分别为ABCCEE、AACCEE、AACCFF,在99%程度上分别与相应的品种有关。
The polymorphisms of CAST gent were analyzed by PCR -RFLP wtih Hiaf Ⅰ , Msp Ⅰ and Rsa Ⅰ in 153 pigs from three breeds Droue, Neijiang pig and Rongchang pig respectivcly. The resuh showed that: 1) Polymorphisms of CAST gene were detected by Hinf Ⅰ , Msp Ⅰ and Rsa Ⅰ in the three breeds Dronc, Neijiang pig and Rongchang pig respectively. An individual with a speeifie fragment ahout 120 bp was detected in Druco. 2) The lest of X^2 suggested thai all of alleles were in Hardy - Weinberg equilibrium (P 〈 0. 05 ), Each dominant genotype of A BCCEE, AACCEE, A ACCFF in quantity was respectively associated at 99% degree of accuracy with Drouc, Neijiang and Rongchang pigs.
