乌兰夫是实行我党与党外人士合作共事的楷模

WU LAN FU — THE MODEL OF COOPERATION BETWEEN THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF CHINA AND THE NON-CPC PERSONAGE

乌兰夫在担任中共中央统战部长后,大力进行拨乱反正,全面落实统战政策,消除统一战线长期“左”的错误思想的影响,使我党与党外人士合作共事的优良传统得到继承与发展。他在长期的党务工作和政务工作中,对党内外人士合作共事政策有深刻的体会与阐述。他认为,党与党外人士的合作共事是党的统战政策的重要组成部分;统一党内认识,是贯彻党与党外人士合作共事政策的关键;制度是执行党与党外人士合作共事政策的保证;建设一支党外代表人士队伍是搞好党与党外人士合作共事的基础。

When Wu Lan Fu was minister of the United Front Department of the Central Committed of CPC, he brought order out of chaos, enforced the united front policies and eliminated the effect of ＂the left deviation＂ so that the good tradition of cooperation between the Central Committee of CPC and non-CPC personage is inherited and developed. During his long-term work in party affairs and administrative affairs, he obtained profound understanding of the work of the united front and made elaborations about it. He thought cooperation between the Central Committee of CPC and Non-CPC personage is the main component of our party＇ s united front policies. Furthermore, mutual understanding in the party is the key, policy is the guarantee and the construction of a group of Non-CPC representatives is the foundation to accomplish the cooperation between the Central Committee of CPC and non-CPC personage.
