Reform of Traditional Agriculture: A Unified Analysis Framework Based on Agricultural Industrialization

我国目前的三农问题可以通过农业产业化这一统一分析框架和统一思想来破解。这主要归因于农业产业化可以把分散的小农经济和大市场联结起来,我国工业较弱的吸纳农村剩余劳动力的能力以及农业较强的区域性特征。但目前我国的农业政策并不完全有利于农业产业化的开展,应在不同地区采取不同的农业政策以促使农业产业化的成长,最终实现农业产业化区域板块模式格局。

The three agricultural problems can be solved in the unified analysis framework of agricultural industrialization and through ideological unity, which is mainly attributed to the ability of agricultural industrialization to join sporadic small-scale peasant economies with big-scale markets, the weak assimilation of extra rural labor and the obvious regional characteristic of agriculture. However, because of the present unfavorable agricultural policies for the industrialization of agriculture, different agricultural policies should be carried out in different areas in order to promote agricultural industrialization and ultimately realize the regional setup of agricultural industrialization.
