当前高校学生干部队伍存在的问题与对策

The Problems Existing in Nowadays University Students' Cadres and some Countermeasures

高校学生干部作为学生中的骨干,在学校管理、教学工作中上牵下联,是保证全校教学工作稳定,推进各项工作健康发展的重要一环,同时也是学校教育和管理的一支不可缺少的依靠力量。全文分析了当前高校学生干部队伍存在的问题,阐述了解决问题的对策。

University students cadres, as the asset of the students, convey the commands of the university authority and keep in touch with the students in the management of univeristy . They not only guarantee the stabilization of the teaching and students＇ affairs,impell the healthy development of all works, but also is a depending force in the education and management of the university. This thesis analyzed the problems existing in nowadays university students cadres and pointed out some conntermeasures for these problems.
