对中医院校学科建设的反思与建议

Considerations and Suggestions on Subject Construction in Academy of TCM

中医院校如何遵循中医药学自身的发展规律,使其学科建设、人才培养更具特色、更显优势,是“十一·五”之初所有业内人士需要认真反思并积极应对的问题。因此,提出中医院校应加强中医药学人文基础研究、突出传统学科建设地位、注重学科力量的有机整合以及学科发展关键问题是如何造就人才等建议。

To keep development following its own way,which will lead to characteristic and preponderant subjective construction and talent cultivation,is the main problem people of academy of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） should consider and answer seriously at the beginning of the “Eleventh Five-Year Program”. This paper suggests that study of humanities related to TCM, the construction of traditional subjects,and the cooperation of different subjects should be paid attention to;the key problem of subject development is talent cultivation.
