摘要
目的探讨护生独立交接班对提高护理教学效果的影响。方法将护生分为实验组和对照组,在不改变教学内容的前提下,对实验组护生进行有要求的独立交接班。结果护生独立交接班方式的护理教学效果显著好于在工作中巡视病人、旁听病房全体人员交接班、与病人及其家属沟通和阅读病历等方式。结论护生独立交接班可提高护理教学的效果。
bjective To explore the effect of independent shift delivery by nursing students in clinical nursing teaching. Method Nursing students were divided into two groups, The students in the experimental group were requirred to deliwer shift independently. Result The cfftect of independent shift dclivery was significantly superior to that of making the clinical rounds,particlpating in th~ shift meeting,communicating with the patients and their relatives, reading case history,and so on, The achievement of experimental group was significantly snperior to that of control group, Concluson The practice of independent shift delivery by nursitig students can improve the effect of clinical nursing teaching.
