住院患儿意外伤害原因分析与对策

Analysis on the causes and countermeasures of accidental injury in hospitalized children

目的防止住院患儿意外伤害的发生,为患儿提供安全的护理。方法从安全意识、工作流程、风险管理方面分析原因,采取培养爱心护士、规范护理行为、树立防范意识、提高防范能力、对护士进行专科培养、分层次使用等措施。结果意外伤害明显降低,护理服务满意度得到提高。结论积极有效管理、落实防范措施,是保证患儿安全护理的关键。

Objective To avoid the accidental injury and oiler safe nuring care for hospitalized children. Method The causes of accidental injury were analyzed from the aspects of safety consciousness ,working flow and risk management. Then ,some countermeasures were proposed and implemented ,such as cultivating nurses with love,standardizing nursing behaviors,setting up precaution awareness,improving precaution capacity,training nurses according to their specialty,utilizing nurses by levels ,and so on. Result As a result,the accidental iujurles are effectively controlled,and patients＇ satisfaction is increased. Conclusion Strengthening the management and positive precaution are crucial to eosure security nursing for hospitalized children.
