摘要 采用液培和解剖学相结合的方法,对4个血缘关系较远的不同基因型甜菜进行了根形态和解剖学特性的研究,结果表明:(1)甜菜根毛特性受遗传因素影响,参试的4个品种(系)的根毛总长度和密度均以品12为最低,与品3和品10间差异显著:(2)低磷胁迫对甜菜的生长发育可以产生比较严重的阻碍,在幼苗期,当环境中的磷营养为1μmol P/L,连续胁迫5周左右时就已经明显表现出来,并具体体现在根组织空隙度、根中柱面积、根维管束环间薄壁组织面积、根组织分化度及皮层细胞密度等与根的组织构造相关的指标上。但不同品种间对低磷胁迫的反应,表现出明显的生物多样性特点。 By the methods of liquid culture and anatomy, the root morphologic and anatomic properties of 4 different sugarbeet genotypes were studied. Firstly, the results demonstrated that the morphology of sugarbeet root was hereditary dependent, and showed in the characters of'total length of root hair"and "root hair density". Secondly, the results from root organ anatomy revealed that,phosphate stress had significant cffects on the development of sugarbeet roots, under phosphate starvation for 5 weeks, all the sugarbeet varieties used in this study characterized a same trend, i. e. the related properties of root porosity, stelar tissue, and parenchymatous tissue between the vascular rings, tissue dissociation degree and density of cortical cells were cumbered greatly, but the degree of phosphate effects were genetic dependent.
