Effect of combined siliconeoil removal and intraocularlens implanation after the vitreoretinal surgerg

目的:探讨玻璃体视网膜手术后无晶体硅油填充眼的硅油取出联合人工晶体植入的临床效果。方法:对31例31眼无晶体硅油填充眼行硅油取出联合人工晶体植入进行回顾性分析,不需要剥膜的患眼在角巩膜缘做隧道切口并轻压切口后唇使硅油排出,需要剥膜者行常规玻璃体切除手术切口。其中6眼行囊袋或睫状沟植入人工晶体,25眼行后房人工晶体植入缝线固定术。结果:其术后视力与术前矫正视力无明显差异。结论:无晶体硅油填充眼硅油取出与人工晶体植入联合手术疗效确定。

Objective.To evaluate the therapeutic effect of combined siliconeoil removal and intraocularlens implanation after the vitreoretinal surgery.Methods： Retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of 31 cases（31 eyes） combined siliconeoil removal and intraocularlcns implanation, not need membrane peeling through comeoscleral tunnel incision and light press the posterior lip made siliconeoil removal, need membrane peeling though the incision of vitrectomy. With 6 eyes implant the intraocularlens in the bag or ciliary groove, with 25 eyes through the posterior chamber intraocularlens implanation and preoporation are no significant differences. Conclusion： combined siliconeoil removal and intraocularlens implanation to the aphakia is effective.
