摘要
高压闸门止水橡皮属于粘弹性材料,在长期荷载作用下其力学性能会发生怎样的变化是设计有为关心的问题。本文结合小浪底工程高压闸门止水的实际工况,对其拟采用的止水橡皮进行了长达一年多的蠕变试验观测,分析研究试验成果,导出了蠕变方程及应力松驰方程,探讨了止水橡皮的粘弹性力学特性,为工程设计提供参考。
Water seal rubber of high pressure gate is a kind of visco-elastic material.It is much concerned for designeers that how the property of water seal rubber will change under long term load actde.In this peper,combining with the practical situation of water seal for high pressure ante in Xiaolongdi project,long period compress creep tests to the water seal rubber have been made.Through analysing the test results,deducing creep and relaxation equations,visco-elasticity property of water seal for high pressure gate has been approached so as to providing reference to engineering design.
