摘要
随着分子生物学和基因工程技术的飞速发展,营养学研究已经进入了一个新的时代———“分子营养学”时代。各种分子生物学技术广泛地应用在营养学研究中,从而产生了分子营养学。分子营养学的研究将为进一步阐明各种膳食营养素在人体生命活动中的作用机制奠定基础,进而有助于制定更加合理化、个性化的膳食营养指导和标准。
With the rapid development of molecular biology and the technologies of gene engineering, the nutrition research stepped into a new era-- "the Era of Molecular Nutrition". Various molecular biological technologies have been widely applied into the nutrition research, leading to the birth of molecular nutrition. Studies of molecular nutrition would establish the basis to further interprete the mechanism of all nutrients in vital movement of human beings, which contributes to a standard guideline of nutrient intake more reasonable and individual.
