电催化氧化法预处理糠醛废水的研究 被引量:5

摘要 糠醛废水属高浓度有机废水,可生化性差。本文采用电催化氧化法预处理糠醛废水,通过电解过程中生成的羟基自由基的强氧化作用以及电解过程中生成的Fe(OH)3的絮凝作用来降解糠醛废水中的有机物,并通过正交试验法确定了该工艺最佳运行参数:电流强度为0.3A、电解时间为4h、极板间距为30mm。结果表明,在此工况下COD去除率为21%,B/C值升高了39.4%,糠醛废水的可生化性显著提高,为后续生化处理创造了良好的条件。 The furfural wastewater, a high strong and poorly biological degradable organic wastewater, was pre-treated by electrocatalytic oxidation process. In this process, the organics in the furfural wastewater were degraded by the strong oxidation of hydroxyl radical and the flocculation of Fe(OH)3 generated in electrolytic process. The optimal operating parameters were determined through the orthogonal test, they are: current intensity 0.3A, electrolytic time 4h, interval between electrode plates 30ram, It was shown that, under the conditions of operation; COD removal rate was 21%; B/C value mse by 39.4%; the biochemical degradability of the furfural wastewater rose obviously, creating better conditions for the follow-up biochemical treatment.
