桥式起重机吊重减摇力控制方式的动态仿真 被引量:1

摘要 为了得到桥式起重机小车吊重系统动力学方程,对系统进行了动力学分析,从动力学方程得出小车受力与吊重摆角之间的传递函数。吊重减摇的力控制方式可以作为主动防摇的有效补偿措施。仿真结果表明小车受力的最佳撤销时刻是影响减摇效果的关键参数。 To gain dynamic equation of trolley- load system for overhead traveling crane, the paper performs dynamic analysis of the system and deduces transferring function between the force applied to trolley and load' s swing angle from dynamic equation. It comes to a conclusion that load swing reducing force contrul can be used as effective compensation measure of active anti- swing. Dynamic simulation results show that the optimal evacuation time of the force applied to trolley is a key parameter that has an significant effect upon load swing reducing.
