摘要
锚索布置是预应力闸室设计的关键所在。本文主要研究了小浪底工程排沙洞出口用支承梁连接两侧闸墩的问室结构中,闸墩内主锚索和支承梁内次锚索的布置型式和束数。研究表明,主锚索以直线型布置为最佳,每侧闸墩内采用13束主锚索比15束的作用效果更优;次锚索采用直线型布置无论在设计方面,还是在施工方面都比曲线型布置更便于实施,而且预应力损失也较小。
Anchor rope distribution is the key point in prestressed floodgate room design.This paper focused on the distribution of main anchor rope inside gate pile and sub-major anchor rope inside bearing beam in the gate room with structure of both side gate piles connected with bearing beam. The results show that the main rope distributing in straight is the best,the 13 bunches of main rope in each side gate pile is better than that of 15 bunches;the sub-major anchor rope in straight type is more convenient than that in curve type either in design or construction,and the prestress loss is less.
