摘要
针对高压聚乙烯反应管自增强残余应力在温度影响下的松弛现象,运用金属材料的蠕变理论和弹性力学理论,建立了稳态温度场作用下剩余自增强残余应力的理论预测模型.该模型的计算结果和实验结果吻合.
In the present paper, the autofrettage residual stress relaxation of the high pressure tubular reactor in homogeneous temperature field is studied theoretically. A theoretical model of remaining autofrettage residual stress in homogeneous temperature field is developed based on creep theory and the theory of elastic mechanics of metal materials. The calculated results by means of the model are in excellent agreement with the experimental ones.
