摘要
应用散射光在线测量浊度的原理,基于间歇法测量方式,解决了现场浊度测量过程中气泡干扰的问题。结合C8051F020单片机新技术对检测信号进行数据采集和处理,使电路设计结构简单,提高了仪器测量的稳定性。通过实验分析,结果表明相对误差不大于3%。
Based on the scattered light measurement,a new kind of on-line turbidity meter is developed and the air bubble disturbance is eliminated by the intermittent method. C8051F020 SCM is adopted to treat and collect data of light electricity signal, which makes the circuit construction simple and the anti-interference ability strong. The turbidity experiments show that the relative error is not more than 3% with this turbidity meter.
