在系统总结海洋功能区划理论的基础上,根据青岛市海洋资源属性、开发利用条件及其现状特点,确定青岛市海洋功能区划方案,依据各类海洋功能标准将青岛市海域划分为不同类型的功能区,并对东部海域旅游与增养殖区、南部海域旅游与水上运动区、胶州湾港口与环境生态保护区、西海岸旅游、临海工业功能区四大功能区属性加以分析。

According to the properties, the dewelopment and usage conditions as well as the characteristics of marine resources in Qingdao, the paper puts forward the marine functional division plan on the basis of systematically summarizing the theory of the division of marine functional zonation, It divides thc Qingttao sea area into units with different flmctions according to the standards of marine function. At the end of the paper,it analyzes the properties of dominant zones in Qingdao-tourism and breeding area in east marine area,tourism and water sports area in the south,harbor and environment ecological preservation area in jiaozhou Bay,tourism and industry zonation in the west seacoast. The division of marine functional zonation in Qingdao provides the safeguard ,of sea usage for national and social development as well as the scientific foundation for sea area management and marine environment protection.
