井冈山地区自然资源及可持续开发利用研究

Reserch on natural resources and it's sustainable use in Jinggang Mountain Area

从气候资源、水及水能资源、土地资源、矿产资源、生物资源和旅游资源等6个方面概述了井冈山地区的自然资源优势及开发中的不利条件,分析了资源开发利用中面临的挑战,提出了加强资源利用和保护教育、健全自然资源的管理体制、制定自然资源发展战略、积极培育支柱产业、调整自然资源开发利用结构、转变经济增长方式、加大科技投入、提高自然资源的开发利用水平、资源开发与环境保护并重、实现资源的可持续利用、充分发挥地域优势和推动经济发展等可持续利用对策。

From the perspective of the climate,water, land,mineral,biology and tour resources in Jinggangshan Area, this paper summarized the advantages and disadvantages in resource exploitation, then analysed the challenge in the use of natural resources, At last sonic measures were raised, which included enhance education of utilization and protection of resource, consummate management syctem of it, eonstitute developing strategy of it, cultivate strutting industry actively, adjust the developing and using structure of it, change the increasing way of economy, increase the technical investment, elevate the developing and using level of it, pay attention to both developing resource and protecting enviroment, realize the sustainable utilization of resource, exert the regional advantage, promote the economic development.
