黑龙江省作为我国重要的商品粮基地之一,保障其土地资源安全有十分重要的意义;分析了黑龙江省土地资源利用的现状及现阶段存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了确保黑龙江省土地资源安全的建议和对策。

Heilongjiang is one of the important commodity grain bases in China, so it is significant to keep the land safety. This paper deeply analyses the situation and problems of the land use in Heilongjiang. Then according to the problems, 1 make some suggestions on how to keep the land safety.
