人均粮食占有量是反映粮食供给水平的重要指标;分析了湖南省人均粮食占有量变化的几个阶段及其原因;探讨了湖南人均粮食变化的地域差异与空间格局以及人均粮食增量占粮食增量的份额;提出了保障湖南省粮食安全的具体对策。

The grain question has been a hot question paid close attention to in whole world all the time, and the occupancy volume of per capita grain is the important index which reflects the food supply level. This text has analyzed the reason deeply of several stages why the occupancy volume of per capita grain of Hunan province changes at first. Then region difference and spacc pattern of the per capita grain in ilunan were discussed , And per capita grain increment takes the share of grain increment. Finally , countermeasures of ensuring the grain security of Hunan Provinces were put forward.
