摘要
论述了建设大兴安岭生态示范区对林区可持续发展的意义;阐述了在实施可持续发展战略中生态示范区建设必须正确处理和把握的关键问题;就建设高水平的生态示范区,实现严格意义上的可持续发展提出对策。
The thesis discusses the important significance for the lasting development of the forest region about constructing the ecological dcmonstrated area in Daxinganling.It expounds deeply the key questions which we must deal with correctly and grasp during constructing the ccological demonstrated area,and advances some countermeasures for constructing high quality ecological demonstrated area and realizing the lasting dcvelopment.
