摘要
结合安龙钢铁公司的生产实践,通过对炼钢过程硫的含量分析,模拟该公司电弧炉炼钢的生产条件,经过实验室实验,找出了硫成份出格的原因。同时从炼钢炉内和钢包内脱硫热力学条件入手,对炼钢工艺进行了改进,达到了预期的目的。本文所介绍的经验对同类企业有一定的参考价值。
Combined with the productive practice in Anlong steel company, the content of Sulphur during steelmaking process was analyzed. Through simulating the production conditions of EAF steelmaking at laboratory, the cause of high sulphur content of steel was found. Furthermore, the steelmaking process was improved in view of desulfurization thermodynamic conditions of steelmaking filrnace and ladle. The anticipated goal was achieved.
