摘要
万安船闸是目前我国设计水头最高的单级船闸,也是赣江上建设的第一座大型船闸。船闸设计规模为500吨级,闸室有效尺寸为175m×14m×2.5m(长×宽×槛上水深)。设计中重点研究了两个方面的问题:一是如何利用永久船闸解决枢纽二期工程施工期间的通航问题;二是研究采用简单分散式输水系统解决高水头船闸的水力学问题。重点介绍了万安船闸的布置与结构设计特点以及枢纽分期施工通航措施,总结了船闸施工期及永久通航设计与运行的经验与教训,同时对梯级开发枢纽工程中船闸设计水位的确定原则进行了简要探讨。万安船闸6年多的运行实践证明,该船闸设计合理,运行安全可靠,特别是施工通航和船闸输水系统的成功运行。
As the first large scale shiplock on Ganjiang river, Wan′an shiplock is of one-step type with the highest lift of 32.5 m in China.Its lockage is designed for 500 t barge tows,with effective chamber dimensions 175 m×14 m×2.5 m(length×width×water depth above sill).Two issues were studied emphatically in design work:one is about the use of permanent shiplock for navigation during Stage Ⅱ construction of the project ;the another is to solve high-head shiplock hydraulic problems by a spread filling-emptying system.In this paper ,the layout of Wan′an shiplock structures,the structural design characteristics and stage construction navigation measures are mainly presented;the experience in designing a shiplock which can operate during both construction and normal operation periods as wall as in operation is summarized.Meanwhile the shiplock lift design principles for the stage-developed project is concisely discussed.More than 6-years operation experience shows that the shiplock is rationally designed, safely and smoothly operated, particularly accumulated experience of the shiplock filling emptying system is significant contributions for future shiplock design in China.
