湘云的归宿:与谁“白首双星”——曹雪芹原续后30回探佚之一

SHI Xiang-yun's Life Destination: Who is her Couple Living Separately——Exploration on CAO Xue-qin's Last 30 Lost Script (I)

在曹雪芹原续后30回佚稿中,关于史湘云的归宿,探佚专家们主要有二说一是湘云与宝玉结缡,一是湘云与卫若兰成婚。笔者赞同后者。理由是,“云、玉结缡”说有所失误,湘云与卫若兰结合据有可靠资料为证,卫若兰应诏戍边,获罪不归以及湘云“自爱所误”等,是造成“白首双星”与湘云凄凉孤寂晚景的原因。

Scholars have two opinions about SHI Xiang-yun＇ s life destination according to CAO Xue-qin＇ s last 30 lost script. One opinion is Xiang-yun marries Bao-yu and the other she marries WEI Ruo-lan. The essay author agrees with the latter for there are materials to support that Xiang-yun and WEI Ruo-lan become couple, but they are departed and leave Xiang-yun lonely and poor in old age. The reasons are following： WEI Ruo-lan was called to garrison the frontiers and can＇t return to be guilty, and Xiang-yun preserves her moral integrity, etc.
