摘要
知识经济时代,人才稀缺性的问题越来越突出。而从经济体制、社会歧视、机会主义行为和人力资源的透支四个方面对人力资源机会成本进行研究,有助于我们以宏观的视野,考察人力资源投入的利用效率,完善组织对人力资源的管理。
In the age of knowledge economics, the problem of scarcity of human resources (HR) is more and more serious. The research on the opportunity cost of HR can help us review the efficiency of the investment in HR with a macroscopical eyeshot, and improve the management of HR. This paper studies the causes of the opportunity chance of HR in four aspects: economic system, social discrimination, opportunism behavior and overdraft.
