构建资源节约型社会的法制保障研究

Study on the Lawful Guarantee to Construction of Resource-Saving Society

从增强建设资源节约型社会的责任感和紧迫感入手，借鉴发达国家促进资源节约型社会立法的经验，找出我国相关法律的不足之处。对构建资源节约型社会的法制保障可行性进行分析，提出构建节约型社会法制保障的各种手段。

The paper started with enhancing the responsibility and pressure of constructing resource-saving society, use the legislative experience for resource-saving society in developed countries for reference to find out the deficiency of China＇ s relative laws and regulations. The author analyzed feasibility of law guarantee to the construction of resource-saving society and put forward various means to construct saving society.
