摘要
目的研究自配糖尿病营养液对糖尿病大鼠的饮食治疗作用,探讨其对糖脂代谢的影响及机制,为采用饮食营养治疗糖尿病提供实验依据。方法40只SD大鼠随机选取10只为正常对照组,其余大鼠采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素方法制备糖尿病模型,随机分为糖尿病模型对照组、饮食治疗组、药物治疗组、饮食治疗组喂食添加高铬、硒及高纤维的糖尿病营养液,其他组喂食普通营养液;药物治疗组灌喂二甲双胍,疗程8周。检测血糖、血清胰岛素、胆固醇及甘油三酯等指标。结果饮食治疗后,与模型对照组比较,血糖明显降低(P<0.01),而血清胰岛素升高(P<0.01),总胆固醇及甘油三酯基本维持正常水平(P>0.05)。结论所配制的糖尿病营养液可明显降低糖尿病大鼠血糖水平,改善其糖脂代谢。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of nutritional liquid for diabetes mellitus on diabetic rats, and to discuss the possible mechanism of its modulation on metabolism of glucose and lipid, in order to provide experimental basis for clinic nutritional therapy of diabetes mellilus. Methods Ten rats were randomly selected from 40 male SD rats as control group. The rest in dueed by strcptozotocin(STZ) into diabetic model were randomly divided into diabetic control group, nutritional therapy group and medication group. The rats of nutritional therapy group were treated with nutritional liquid for diahetes mellitus enriched with high selenium, chromium and fibrin. The others were treated with normal nutritional liquid. After eight weeks, insulin, blood glucose, triglyceride and cholesterol values were monitored. Results After the diabetic rats treated with nutritional liquid for diabetes mellitus, tbe blood glucose decreased significantly(P〈0. 01 ), insulin in serum increased significantly( P〈0.01 ), as compared with diabetic control group. There were no marked changes in the levels of triglyceride and cholesterol (P〉0.05), as compared with control group. Conclusion The nutritional liquid for diabetes mellitus can decrease the hyperglycemia of diabetic rats and improve their metabolism of glucose and lipid.
